What I would do is in PS using H&S reduce the saturation and darken the people in the background and then to apply a reversed High Pass filter to them. This softens them with out the bleeding that occurs when gaussian blur is used. |

I like the crop, it has removed a number of small distractions around the edges and has straightened up a couple of verticals. I like the expressions on the peoples faces. |

You have caught the girl completely immersed in her fishing. To me you have made it too contrasty, particularly on her face. |

I really like the way you have enhanced this image, none of the treatment is obvious, but it has lifted it from OK to being worth really looking at. |

I like your idea nd you have captured it well. with most of the dancers well out of focus so they do not distract from the front girl. Unfortunately the second girl's head is hidden behind the first girls - so it makes it look as if she has 3 arms. I would suggest losing the light patches lower left down . |

I can see why you decide to photograph the hanging balls, they stand out well against the church and bare tree. I just find my eye flipping between the balls and theta of the steeple. |
