27 Apr 23 Comment You have come across one of the problems of taking images of cultivated orchids - we wish to concentrate on flower but the is usually another one in the background or to the side with either interferes with your idea or is distraction. Here it is the one behind that is the problem, it could be cloned out but the cut out against the other bloom would be very fiddly. Apr 14th
27 Apr 23 Comment Creatures that are moving towards you are always problem in photography, as you usually have to stay still until they reach you or have passed. I feel that if you hd been able to lower your camera level you would have had a better image as it would have reduced the amount of grass in the background slightly Apr 14th
27 Apr 23 Comment You started with a good image that just lacked something to make it stand out and hold the viewer's attention. The addition of the figure etc. on the left has added the extra bit of the story that was needed. Well done. There are a couple of minor details that I feel would make an even stronger image - increasing the situation of the 2 uniforms to that of your original image and re-working around the guard on the right to remove the halo around him Apr 14th
27 Apr 23 Comment This is super image, with all the lead in lines covering at the same spot. The limited palette of the two brightened and glow added complimentary colours along with the slight softening has a very strong impact. Apr 14th
