To me you have taken a not very exciting image and over processed it to the point of almost making the scene un-real. I am not sure about your added weather to the left, it seems to work in the mono version far better than in colour. I am not a fan of introduced borders, but feel that the mono image is the most satisfying. |

I like the way that you have lightened and enhanced the detail in the orchid flowers. The use of a dark background has eliminated any potential distractions in the background. |

To me this is a very pleasant sunset shot, which lacks any strong impact. I feel that the lighthouse is too central and that there is far too much foreground.
I would suggest looking at considerable crop of about 1/3rd off the base and a 1/4 of the right hand side, this would concentrate attention on the lighthouse. |

An interesting and effective sunset shot, i like the positioning of the sun. To me the foreground is rather a jumble of airframes, I would have preferred a simpler arrangement. |

Your cropping to the letterbox has been very effective in concentrating attention on the piece of ice. The change to monochrome and its consequential increase in contrast in the water has produced a very good Original 2 image. I feel that your experimenting has resulted in over processing and a reduction in impact. |
