Nilmini, this shot is absolutely amazing. How many hours of work did it take to put the images together? I have another curiosity question, was Tim wearing some kind of protection while he was spinning the steel wool? |

Nice action shot. You did a great job on your timing and on freezing the action. Although I like the trees, in this case I think Bev's crop is good because it draws more attention to the boy who is about to hit the ball. |

Thanks Margaret. You are right about the higher ISO. I really think I needed to take a series of bracketed shots and combine them. Unfortunately, tripods are not allowed in this indoor space. I wondered if I could have managed with a monopod. Also, I used Luminar AI software in post processing and I think it may have "overdone" it a bit. I will go back and look at it again. |

Bev, this is a great shot. The colors are lovely together. I really like your editing, especially the softened background. I would have liked the whole branch of leaves that lead into the flower to be left in sharp focus rather than blended into the background. To me it seems like doing that would create a leading line toward the flowers. |

Margaret, the combination of colors in your photo is wonderful. I really like the composition with the flower framed by the white tree bark. To me, the whole photo is beautiful. The only thing that caught my eye is the leaf that is toward the lower left. It looks like the edge of the leaf disappears into the tree branch. I wondered if it just happened that way or if it was due to photoshopping. |

Lloyd, I love this very interesting photo. I find the layers of texture fascinating. Definitely a very clever perspective on photographing a cactus. You said you lightened the center, which I like, except for the very light spot in the very center. My eyes were constantly being drawn to that spot wondering what is there. |
