As I am fully agreed with the valuable comments, a few points I like to mention.
In present Salon formalities, required resolution of 1920x1080 with 300 ppi is recommended. So I tried to maintain the same and the image is off the center. I like to submit this image in International salons of Nature Section.
I tried to enhance brightness of the image comparing to the background brightness. Here I admit your advices.
However, I must try to follow your suggestions in my future images.

91 Mar 24 Comment Hi, You have beautifully finished the image to present; I have a little doubt that cloning and deleting of elements from original picture may not be allowed in nature section of PSA, though there is no human activities there; but birds are generally a major part of Nature. Anyway, I thank you for your efforts to present the image as a clean and clear picture. Mar 7th
91 Mar 24 Comment Hi, This is a beautiful pose of image and pertains to nature photography section of PSA. A lovely show of Pigeons flying. Blurring the background is also nice, but the right hand upper corner should be more clear, though it is my opinion. While I like the image, I also feel difficulties to capture the image.
