Glad to see that you like the crop and the photo. I did take a few shots with different exposures. Happy with how this one came out. |

Do you also feel the cropping takes away from the distance that the lobster trap is from the tide in the photo? |

I am really appreciative of the comments here. So I have changed the cropping which offsets the curvature of the horizon. Using Photoshop cropping it is still not straight if you look really close. Even though the crop grid on photoshop is as straight across the horizon I can see. Now I could keep cropping from the left and it may make the horizon straighter but to me it takes away from the photo. I truly feel there is a true curvature here unless it's the Nikon lens doing it. |

Just saw something on the right that attracted my eye. I zoomed in and see that there are people walking on the right. It's not a real problem in the photo but if you want you could remove them from it. |

I agree with Sheldon and John. I wouldn't take too much away from the shadows because it helps with the point of the photo showing the sense of her superiority. Really well done portrait photo. |

This is really cool! Really lucky to have the sky the way it was during the shot. I have the PS AI but haven't used it. Going to go back to it again. Using the AI is better than lugging a battery powered hedge trimmer or chain saw with you. LOL |

I like the creativity of the post photo work. Very well done. How did it do in the county fair? |

A really colorful photo. You see the one he has completed further back while painting a new one. This tells me what/how the artist likes to paint. |

I really like this image. The low angle gives it a different look/story than if you were standing. The swan boat in the middle on the end of the wharf looks like he is in charge. The others are at attention. |

The photo is amusing. The Shelduck looks concerned because it sees itself on the ice. I agree on the Suzanne's review. Maybe adjusting the sharpness on the Shelduck would assist. |

I agree a little more cropping on the left would work. Thanks. |

Glad you like it. It is the type of photo I don't usually take but the lobster trap caught my interest. I am going to add this type of photo to what I take in the future. |

I took this away from the main area that people come out on to the beach and it was in April. |

I agree it could be a little more straighter on the ocean now that I look at it again. There are also some sandbars out there which can throw it off some as well. |

Really like the clarity of the photo. I have some from Providence and Philadelphia. This is an interesting project. I was discouraged from submitting mine at camera competition clubs since they officially aren't acceptable according to standard photo rules. I might submit them in the fall under the open category at my club and see what happens. |
