Thanks Lisa. I have to admit, you spent more time studying my photo than I did creating it. :-)
That is probably why my photos are not award-winning. |

Lisa, You made me think once again about the top down shot of the monument. Trying to visualize what it would look like, I am not sure I would find it very interesting. The roof would over up all of the pillars and bell and it would be nothing but the roof with the ornament on top, plus whatever part of the concrete is visible it. Maybe a downward shot from a higher altitude would add some interest. But I will try that the next time. |

Hi Alex,
I like to take these types of pictures and really like yours. I think Pete mentioned that possibly it could be warmed up a bit. Possibly doing that to only the foreground might be something to try. Accomplishing that using some sort of masking may be a way to do that.
I to am a bit curious about the stitching process. My Mavic Pro has 180 degree auto stitch option takes I think takes 19 images. It also can stitch 34 images to create a 360-degree pano. I do not have a flight option to take 10 images. Did I miss something? |

Hi Richard,
I really like the composition of your image. Yes, others may prefer a less saturated image, I am not one. That being said, I may have stopped just a bit, but that may have reduced the impact of the fall colors.
In the end, I would be very satisfied with the resulting image if it were mine. |

Hi. I Lou,
To begin with, I really like your image. I really like the way you coaxed the blue in the ice and water a bit. One more thing I would have tried is to add contrast to the sky to emphasize the clouds.
I am not so sure I would remove the ice in the water, but that's just me. |

Hi Pete,
Another great image. Some may think you may have over processed during post. But to me your editing has added drama to the original image.
I am curious, the original scene is flat, lacking a lot of contrast. I am surprised you chose to create an HDR image. |

Lisa,
I really like the way you added snap in the edited version as others have commented. I really like the bright colors of the buildings.
The tower in the background is not of interest to me. I would like the photo even if it was not there. Perhaps another view without the tower may be worth playing with.
But, the image as you presented it is great |

Lou, it is close to square. I did want to include a bit of the sky. |

Thanks, Alex. Yes, taking the image closer to sundown may produce a more interesting. They close the gates at dusk, so I do not want to there near that time. This view is the most interesting based on the background, at least to me. |
