Drema,
I see your point re. the original horizon being straight. I am confused right now myself. I may have posted the wrong image. I need to check that. |

Janos,
You are far braver than I. Obviously, your Spark was probably not visible. Like a true photographer, you did what you had to to capture the shot.
If I had captured this view, I would have increased the saturation a bit using Vibrance or Dehaze, and possibly darkened it a bit to add to the impact of the image - at least for me.

Lou,
If I had captured your image, I would be proud.
Since the church is the main subject of your interest, perhaps cropping most everything else out may be another option. Doing that eliminates the noise in the sky as an issue. |

Pete, the cooling and cropping of the image does it for me. Being patient and waiting for the right light was key.
What I probably would have done differently was to take the picture as soon as I was on site, with obvious inferior results. Waiting for the proper light is key. Good job. |

I love your final image, Drema. I am curious. What was your delta exposer setting. My Mavic Pro has a HDR setting that I have used. Assuming your drone has the same, have you tried using it? |

Like the others, I liked the face. I am wondering if you saw that pre or post taking the photo. I could see that one might be interested in taking the photo, and then discovering the face during post.
I took a stab at adjusting the Levels. Not sure if it as improvement or not. |

Lou, I did take a look at straightening the horizon. When I did that the house at the top of the cliff got very close to the edge, and more of the trees up there were cropped out.
That bothered me more than the small section of crooked horizon. |

Pete, at least this time, I recognized the slanting horizon and chose not to correct it as normal guidelines suggest. :-) |
