Yes, I probably have a habit of applying too much contrast and saturation to my images. |

Bob,
My comments are based on trying to apply what was presented at my camera club's meeting last night. So I am not sure if they are going to be applied right to your image.
I personally like the photo. But here is what I think I learned. Generally, I think you want diagonal lines (in your case the line of horses sloping up the the right.
Assuming that is true, I decided to flip the image horizontally. All that being said, does it improve the image? I don't know. I also added a bit of saturation and contrast. FWIW. |

Lou,
This is yet another one of your beautiful images. I especially like the tractor tracks and the land use sections displayed. I wonder how it would look if the cloud reflections in the middle of the field would look if they were slightly darkened?

That is true, regarding the altitude not being show in LR. It looks like you were about 50 or 60 feet above the ground. I like how you positioned the main objects in the photo and the saturation of the colors.
For this photo, I think I would have taken it from a little to the side. Not a lot, but a little. With you and your friends looking straight up, I can not really say for sure they are people. |
