Lisa, I like street photography also but have rarely attempted it. You have captured the essence of this beautifully.... a very stylish woman totally absorbed with her phone! The crop is perfect. The advertisement in the background along with the diagonal lines on the street set her off very nicely. I don't have any suggestions. Very nice! |

Randolph, you have captured the parrot beautifully and your edits to blur the background and crop are very well done. I really like that you captured the eye with the head turned and then the red and blue in the feathers at the diagonal. I don't have any suggestions. Very nice! |

Ruth,
I love photographs of bees and flowers. You have captured the bee on the flower very sharp and show the movement of the other bee about to land beautifully. My only suggestion is that the highlights on the flower seem to bright and take me away from the bees. Very nice image! |

Michael,
Beautiful image! The bokeh is very nice. I do like both images very much but if I had to choose, I would go with the original. I like the sharpness in the flowers and I tend to be more of a purist with editing! Both are lovely. |

LuAnn, very creative and beautiful! I think both versions are really spectacular but my personal taste gravitates to the second one too. I think you are right that the colors spread out is more appealing. Very fun and creative! |

Hi Michael, I appreciate your edits and find the image to be very creative. My editing style has evolved to be more of an enhancement of the original so I don't usually change colors (like the gravel). I posted an edit based on LuAnn's suggestions above. I think the moth/butterfly stands out in that version against the darker gravel. What do you think? |

LuAnn, thank you for your suggestions. I did this edit which reverses it and I went into camera raw to bring down the brightness of the gravel and enhanced the color on the butterfly. What do you think? |
