Your edit is very nice! I have never used Topaz so just downloaded the de-noise for a 30 day free trial. I am going to purchase the suite....I can see already it will come in handy.

3 Aug 20 Reply I really like the edit you shared. I will have to explore Topaz as it did a much better job than when I tried to take down the noise in Photoshop Elements. I shoot manual 99.9% of the time. I took the shutter up to 8000 to get the bird as sharp as possible and if I recall, the fstop was as low as I could get it with my lens (tamron 18-400) at 400. I set the ISO to 2000 which still was not enough light as I had to raise the exposure in processing. I am seeing various comments re the use of a flash. It never occurred to me to try a flash with wildlife. I do really like the edit with Topaz and I will have to check it out. I appreciate your assistance. Aug 21st
