So fascinating, Brad! I love the way the surfers break the edge barrier of the texture background. Your placement of their boards to align with the webbing adds a nice triangle effect. Great blending work. A variation might be to smudge the edges of the rectangular background to give it a wavy effect. Well done! |

Your images always bring such a compelling color palette, Peggy, and this one is no exception. I feel there is also a message here of escapism that makes it feel good. The moon element is very creative and adds a 'Wicked' bubble to support the heron.
Traditionalist's would say to have more space in front of your moving subject (i.e, to the right), but I think your choice works well given the shape of the wave pattern. |

Wow, this is one of your best creations Alan! I love how the detail of the arches comes through. The illusion of depth is very well done and I can feel 'movement' of the druids coming through the scene. Your color matching with the LUT worked out very well. I'm sure it took quite a bit of time to get the placement and layer masks just right.
I don't have much to suggest other than I can think of variations that would be fun to try, such as changing the background of the arch or using different LUTs.
Very well done! |
