54 Oct 25 Comment A true masterpiece, Maria! And a wonderful transformation of the original images. The color pallet you selected to blend the images works great with the double exposure filter. I especially like the face and the dress as the subject.
The Gaudi Palace is a bit warpy and seems to come up from the ground, so I'm not sure you need all that. But, it certainly is an image that makes takes the viewer on a journey. Well done!

54 Oct 25 Comment So well put together, Brad. You really did make the best of the foggy images that night. The image has that moody feel drawing in the viewer. The bird adds a thoughtful subject leaping into the frame. Looking at your original, the bird is closer to the ground and I wonder if that would be a more realistic placement? But, I also like the way the bird's head is placed against the horizon. Well done! Oct 17th
54 Oct 25 Reply Many thanks for that, Kirsti! Yes, the 'footprints' add a leading line to the ghostly mystery.

You are most welcome to show to your photo club. The use of colored flashlights is a fun and a relatively easy way to liven up any scene.

54 Oct 25 Comment Such a creepy image, Kirsti! It reminds me of something out of a horror movie. You certainly nailed the bleakness mode. I am glad you noted the cracked mirror as I would not have guessed that. It's a cool effect.
It's true, the green contrast might be a bit too much on top of a B&W background. In addition to muting that, you could also try adding a bit of green to the background to pull it together. You might darken the background to add a bit more spook.
Overall, very much in the Halloween spirit!

54 Oct 25 Comment The elf is very additive to the scene, and very pleasingly so! The colors here evoke the fantasy as do the scale of the trees. As before, adding the flowering tops to the trees is very effective. The added grain works well, though perhaps a bit less on the elf and trees closer to the front to provide some separation.
You have once again created a super fun image!
