thank you! Yellowstone is incredible in the winter and I would return in a heartbeat. I no longer have any interest in the summer. There are so few people and the cold and snow make it so peaceful. And the animals.... |

Beautiful capture Jane! I wouldn't change a thing as I would be so excited if I would come up with a bird capture so beautiful! Well done:-) |

Great thought taking this photo. If you ever come across something like this again it would be nice to move the tags and strips of plastic my eye is distracted by so you just have the wonderful textiles. I might brighten up the color a little but no too much. It's a nice spontaneous capture. Great thinking on the run. |

Wow great re-editing job! I think it really helped sharpening up the ring. It really adds to the story of the photo and I like that the subjects feel more like a couple rather than the individual people in the last version. |

I as well like the cropped version. The footprints and the 3 rocks leading the eye into the background works really well. Well composed. |

Richard this is such a beautiful image, so nicely scoped out. I like 'the blurred water to smooth it out but not sure I wouldn't like it as is, (water more wind blown) Did you happen to take the same image using different settings? This is a good example of an image well planned. The colors are so striking. I just can't decide if it bothers me the water is the only thing softened with the very sharp rock right in the middle of it. If you hadn't mentioned it would I even be focusing on it? My first impression was how beautiful the scene is so I guess this is a total success. Well done! |

Lance I use a Canon 17mm TS-E lens. I have probably only implemented a fraction of its capability but love the technical aspects of it. |

Jose this is beautiful. So sharp and clear. Have you thought of maybe taking the b/w version and making the red umbrella red in it. I like the shadow of the steeple on the front of the church and the two windows on the right side of the building balancing out those on the left with the umbrella. Where is this? |

Lance this is an interesting room and looking at it before reading your description I definitely wanted to know more. I am a bit distracted by all the angles created using the wide angle lens.(walls leaning out, etc.) I would consider using a tilt/shift the next time up there. I love mine but it does require more set up but you can do so much with them. I love the train image I think because maybe there are fewer lines on an angle. Would love to see what you come up with if you go again. |

I too like the b/w version with the grain. I am not a fan of the tin like roofs or the green tinge to everything. But that is just my bias. Great capture though. Beautiful shot. |

Debasish I think you are brave to attempt street photography. I am always so intimidated by it all. My thoughts are that since you were attracted by his face maybe focus on that and get less of the rest of the street scene. I don't think the bottom part of the image helps the composition and takes away from the man's face as the focal point. |
