thank you all. This is not one of my favorites of Moai and I have the others in b/w. Just thought I'd see what you all thought of this one as it's the only image of he Moai in the town. I would show you on of the others if I weren't traveling with a different computer. It was an amazing place. |

Lance I agree the hand rails are distracting. This is just one of so many I took. I thought I would throw it out there. I have others I lie way better. |

Lance this is beautiful. She is adorable, you are so lucky to have her close. For me your granddaughter and the glass she is drawing on are the only really important things in the image and that is what you have me focusing on. I know she is in a room but I don't care where or what that room is. I like sepia and think it softens the image to reflect her sweetness and concentration. The other picture is totally different for me.Nice but I like the one you picked better. |

Nicely documented scene of our droubt Jason. I liked Jose's crop but I thought cropping a little more and using the transform tool took away more of the focus on the tower and spread it out onto the reservoir and it's low level. Nice compositioon. Let me know what you think, too much? |

Dirk they are both beautiful. The b/w version makes the clarity of all the details so apparent and obvious and I think this image for me is all about the sharpness. Color is fun be distracts from droplets a little. I like the b/w. What was the shuter speed? |

Debasish I am envious of your drive. I also am drawn to images like this that draw you eye throughout the picture of a wide open landscape. This is beautiful. I might play with removing the road markers standing up as they distract my eye somewhat. I know people don't like to do that but it the photo is just for artistic purposes? I was going to do it in LR but I am traveling with smaller laptop and don't have a mouse. Made trying impossible. Anyway I like this image and Jason's edits. |
