Thanks Trey for taking the time to review and comment. You have a great observation that I did not realize with the yellow areas. Maybe I didn't notice because I didn't miss any additional tonal contrast in the final image. But, now that you mention it I did notice and I may go back and take another shot and see what happens. Much appreciated. |

Sophie,
I envy anyone who can take these types of images. It reminds me of street photography where you get what you shot and it is real life. Compositionally this is great and you captured her at just the right moment - and with a big smile. I like it. |

Great image Jay. My very first thought was that this might make a very strong black and white image - with all the leading lines and the contrast. The composition is great as my eye follows the bright white object into the scene and then moves left into the image. Well done.

As an abstract I think this is a very nice image. I would not have known or needed to know it was a building although I like that you explained your process and settings. A bit more contrast would have been my preference, but abstracts are personal and have a feel of their own for each observer. Nicely done. |

Great composition. I see the rule of thirds and triangles that draw one's eye into this image and keeps it there. The colors are cool and make me think that it was probably pretty cold that day. Also, nice texture and detail in the land masses. Because I love the land mass most I thought you might consider a long narrow pano. Image attached. Just a thought although I like it this way as well. |

Trey, this is really nice and a wonderful job processing this image. I think you did all the right things. The leading lines of the grill directs ones eyes into the image for a close and personal look at this wonderful vintage automobile. I can't think of anything I would have done differently. Great job.
