Thank you, Henry! My intention is, to send it to a German print challenge. Let's see, what the judges say ... |

Thank you Christian. Indeed, I try always a standard format like 16:9 (this photo) or 3:2, 4:3 or 1:1. It depends on the suject, the crop and the best place (golden cut). In movements like this one, 16:9 was the best choice. |

Hi Jim,
great shot and great devoloping. Every detail of the monkey is superb. Only suggestion is the background. For example the pole on the left could have much more soft focus. |

Hello Christian,
I like that picture. Especially the plastic representation is great. No suggestion, well done! |

Jim, I love the depth of the picture. The light and the shadows - perfect. The only thing I can mention is, that the person in the background would be better placed in the midst of the passage or at least a few steps forward. Anyway, great picture! |

The breeding plumage is one of the best the nature may produce. Without starting games here, the ruff will have the best or the most excited one: EVERY breeding plumage is unique!
But other birds too have a very colourful breeding plumage - seen only for some weeks in a year.
In Germany the Beeeater is the most colourful bird. On place two I will set the goldfinch.
If you will allow park photos as well, I can present some species from spots all over the world. Not really wildlife, ha!, but to show the beauty of this earth it will make sense!

Thanks for recommendation, Hans-Werner! I am honored to be a member of this group now. Anyway I will follow your sports in 59 (it's some kind of my favorites too!).

Thank you Kathleen! Your suggestion is indeed a good variant! I suppose, it is not so much place for the dynamic at the left side? Anyway, these birds are flying artists! |
