Thank you to both of you Jims! I like Jim Hagans suggestion too. I only want to mention, that the top is originally oval, not a circle as usual. This fact encouraged me to put it in the center. What I like most is the darker shape which gives the picture more depth. I think, I will take this version! By the way - I had already sharpened it with Topaz DeNoise before converting it too monochrome. |

I love this photo, Henry! First the greyscale of the trees. Then the curved lines of the trees and the parallel lines of the building - a good contrast. Fascinating! No suggestions. |

What a photo! Well done, Jim! The structure of the rocks gives a good impression of the harsh nature. And the raging sea. No suggestions from my side! |

This photo is really good - I like agricultural buildings too, Jim! Turning into monochrome, the picture gains importance. I agree with Henry to lighten the front part a bit. |

I like this sepia toning, Michael. The rotten wood is a good motiv. Just a bit too dark the step from the original to sepia. WOuld like to see more details in the dark part - what do you say?

Fine idea, Allen! I like this picture! I'm not sure how it will looks like, if the bright part would be a bit darker just to show more from the motiv? |
