Prasad, I must say that I really like the photo just the it is! I really like how the tree is reflected in the water, and the overall pinkish glow is very appealing to me.
I do concur with Kathleen, and Andrew regarding the shadows and depth. That being said, this is still a very well balanced and compelling landscape shot.

This is a beautiful shot! The detail of the bird is absolutely stunning, and the bokeh helps make the viewer focus on the main subject.
The only thing I would recommend is to perhaps crop this image slightly to zoom in closer on the bird to further accentuate the details. |

I am not much of a street photographer, but this is a really cool image. I really like how the colors stand out - especially the lady's yellow skirt!
Great shot! |

This is a very interesting shot. I love the look of the storm clouds, but I am not sure what is your main subject here. The sailboat is way off in the distance, so it does not draw you in the way I would expect. Since this is a layered photo you may want to consider enlarging the sailboat to enhance the effect in order to make it the main focus of this image.
Also, I would recommend increasing the color saturation and/or vibrance to make the image stand out.

Overall, this is a very nice shot. I really like the composition as I think the framing spot on. I also like how you used the trees to frame the image to add some perspective.
One suggestion I have is to perhaps crop a little to eliminate some of the pavers in the foreground so you can focus more on the river, the buildings, and the skyline.
I would also increase the color saturation slightly, and enhance the sky.
