Syed, you have captured this interesting story telling image quite nicely and monochrome is a right choice here. I like the dark clouds in the background that make the main subject stand out and find the image in good composition.
I agree with Bill a slight cropping at the top will give more prominence to the workers. In my personal opinion by adjusting contrast the tonal range can be enhanced that may improve the presentation. |

I think you have captured this rodeo shot very well depicting the concentration with which all cowboys are looking at the action . I can see good details all over the image. The position of the bull's hind legs and the dust flying off the ground adds so much interest in the image.Well done. |

A very impressive macro image in good details taken in natural light. I like the composition and the retention of colors. The dark background enhances the visual impact.
I would suggest a thin border to separate the image from the dark screen used to view the image. While doing so I also adjusted the sharpness a tiny bit. Hope you agree.
