Thanks Larry.
I re-processed the image by adjusting in unsharp mask and levels and finally by selectively increasing contrast. |

Larry- Thanks for your feed back and adjustments suggested that indeed improve the image. I am using PS Elements 13 and have updated it. However it still has the version RAW 9.0 that does not include 'Dehaze'. How do I get the latest RAW version that I believe is 9.8? |

A beautiful monochrome image with great tonal range. I like the sharpness, the details and the texture in the stones. The structure stands out well against the dark sky A really well captured image. |

Not only you captured an interesting sunset scene but made it very beautiful and mysterious with the post processing. The colors in the sun and the reflection stand out against the dark sky background.
If it were mine I would crop about 15% of the top section. |

Larry's adjustments have indeed enhanced the beauty of this well captured landscape. The feeling of the oncoming storm and the calmness in the water are well felt. I too feel darkening the top area with the clouds may improve the presentation. |

I like the dreamy look of this image appearing more like a painting. The subtle colors, in my opinion go well with the mystery felt in the image.
The dirt path appears washed out and I feel the image will do better with this area cropped out. |

Thanks for your feed back. The attendant's was explaining(more with hands)the process to a group of people very comfortably and it was not really that hot as the vapor rising from the maple sap makes one feel. The general atmosphere, to me, was quite enchanting. |
