I also like this image. It seems to be soft throughout which might be more about the exporting process than the image itself. How big is file? |

Nice shot. I agree about the crop to isolate the subject. Another thought might be to move to the right and shoot down a bit more. |

Thank you Mary, I can't stop seeing the dog face now…. I checked with the local psychologist concerning the Rorschach test and he said there were serious concerns if one saw such a canine face.
I did adjust the bird's angle a bit to match the swirl blur effect. |

It is a western bluebird. Maybe the wings look too long because he's coming right at me. |
