15 Jul 20 Reply Yes I wasn't sure what the usage limits were (this was more experimental). Can't imagine using this a lot.
To be clear though, you can replace an original sky with one you have photographed yourself? But not with skies built into Luminar or from the various libraries etc?

15 Jul 20 Reply Thanks Jeri! It's funny because as I was working on this I was thinking the same, the tractor doesn't look like it's in that bad shape. In reality this has been sitting in this spot in this field for at least 13 years, and other angles clearly show the age. Will see if there's other things I can do to better show the wear.. Jul 14th
15 Jul 20 Reply Thanks for the feedback Rick. Agree will be going all Luminar for sky replacements like this, much easier. For the re-do I started completely from scratch and went straight to Luminar. Definitely better (and easier), but the small leaves have bits of the old sky between them - need to figure out how to adjust that. Jul 14th
15 Jul 20 Comment Hi all, Here's the latest. Used a different sky, not as dramatic as your's Bob but more dramatic than my first version. I liked how the bright light brings the eye to the driver's seat and steering wheel. Used Relight Scene a little but not too much. Overall an improvement from the first try for sure. Thanks for the tips.
Sorry for the duplicate posts, no idea what's going on there..

15 Jul 20 Reply Love that Bob. Did you use the 'Relight Scene' slider to change the overall warmth of the photo?
Right now I'm just using the skies/clouds that came with Luminar (and I bought an additional set of 25) but agree the best way is to just start building up my own collection.
I have a day of baseball games ahead of me, but hopefully can take another pass tonight.

15 Jul 20 Reply Thanks Kirsti! I've only had Luminar a couple of days now (I mostly use Lightroom and some Nik Collection) but I really really like it. I'm looking forward to pushing it a little further.. Jul 11th
15 Jul 20 Reply Thanks Bob! I appreciate the feedback and happy to be part of the group. I agree with your comments and plan to continue to play with this (it was my first attempt in Luminar). I'll post an updated shot when I am able to. Jul 11th
