I like this Ginny. I like the dark background and the reflections on the vase. I too would reduce the highlights on the flowers. As far as cloning out the leaves in front, I am with you - not my skillset but I do see how that would add to the photo. |

Very nice color and sharp focus. I do agree that darkening the sky would add to the photo. Love the Monarch and the Sunflower on its own. |

Thanks Dan. Yes, I agree the horizon is a bit high on the left. I wonder too if I should soften the contrast. I really didn't do much post processing as I wasn't even sure the photo was working. |

Hi Dan; I like the mood you captured with this photo. I don't mind the full frame of the photo or the room on the right but I am wondering if softening the edges would give it just enough to draw the eye in more - just a soft vignette darkening the edges slightly.
