I agree it actually works well in Mono. The original idea was to include the lens writing, and to remove it I have to go back to the start!!! I've moved on.... |

Thanks Stephen, it does have a similarity in technique. And just when you think you think you might have something original |

Love it Mark, Looks more like a bunch of flowers than a bunch of vegetables. Very pretty

An interesting way to create a 'tree'. I do like the title 'tree of health' as well. It looks like a bit of fun, a creative filter or a bit of blur might add a little post-production creativity |

a lovely transition from day to night, this certainly has a cold night feeling to me.
The addition of a lighting effect, or a moon (or a moon with a bat/ witch silhouette!) would really give this a boost. |

I just love the background you have chosen here and it would work for many creative images. I actually prefer your 'altered' image as I like the see through version (and the smaller bird/ frame). the first watercolor silhouette feels a bit plonked in the image, but the second feels like the bird is floating in the water. Very clever |

A quirky, fun image using the topaz filters cleverly. I actually like the red tape as it's a good pop of color, and highlights the main point of interest. I do think that if you are going to keep it you might remove the red in the trees to the right and this competes for my eye in the image. |

this is wonderful, it's a great starting image and lovely choice of overlay. I have to agree with Jerry, that the overlay look like, well, an overlay and not a body paint. One way around that is to move the position of the overlay for different parts of the body so that it's not next to the other body part, or use the warp tool (this one's a bit of a mystery for me) to bend the overlay near to the body edges. |
