Kurtis, I agree that the image would be better if the wren was situated in the upper right-hand corner or lower right instead of the middle. Thank you for your critique! |

Art, I like the way you moved the wren to the bottom right and darkened three sides, it definitely makes for a stronger shot. Thank you! |

Gabriele, thank you for editing and giving the background a cooler feel and making the bird a little darker - I like it! |

Marge, I like your picture a lot and can see why you selected it. I also like the way Regine edited it by smoothing out the busy background and still maintained the reflective colors and the circular motion of the water around the duck. I believe this approach created a nice contrast and the duck stands out more. A great picture! |

Kurtis, I think you did a great job in editing this image, the doe beautifully stands out against the background. I would not suggest you do anything else unless you decided to crop in a little closer so she stands out even more. Such a lovely picture! |

Art, beautiful colors and sense of motion. I am continually amazed at your creative ability when taking the shot (showing motion) and also your editing. You see the details and possibilities in an image that would escape most people! |

Regine, I love this picture, I can easily see why you wanted to get this shot! I took the liberty to play around with the original by opening it in Adobe/Bridge then went into PS for a Sun Glare Removal filter in Nik software. Back in Photoshop I used curves along with the dodge and burn tools and then cropped it a bit. I think this would look great framed and hanging on your wall! |

Gabriele, I love your picture of this little guy, the sharpness of the image and catch light in the eyes is great, especially under the adverse conditions when the shot was taken. I also like the way Kurtis edited your image. I just cropped a little closer to enhanse the cub. Such a beautiful picture! |
