I really like this picture, Regine. Beautiful color, very sharp, with lots of detail. I can even clearly see the bee's eye! Great job!! |

Hi Kurtis, first, I apologize for the length of time it has taken me to get back to your picture. I also agree with Gabriele that all pictures are subjective and the bottom line is what the artist sees, feels and wants to convey.
If the original image was mine, I would be torn as to how to ultimately show it - have emphasis on the beautiful old tree and with the cat or only show the sleeping cat. For fun, I decided to edit your original: made it a B&W and then adding back a little color (PS). Then the sky was replaced in Luminar 4. I wanted to try toning down some colors and place the emphasis on either the tree with a peacefully sleeping cat or only the cat. (Then hang it over your mantel or on large wall.) I think this is a great picture with a few different ways of presenting it!!

Art, I like the way you edited this. I agree, it looks much better now - warmer looking and with more definition. Thanks! |

Marge, this is such a lovely image of the city scape. I agree with Gabriele and Kurtis' thoughts although, I wonder how it would look if used as a header and more of the sky is cropped out. It does not add anything unless there there are visual stars. Really like the multi-colored reflections playing on the water, very nice! 😊|

Kurtis, this is a wonderful picture of the leopard sleeping on the tree branch! To me, just by capturing the leopard
on the branch; your story has been successfully told.😊Perhaps crop this to focus on the sleeping leopard with only a necessary amount of the tree branch. Then, tone down colors all around so he immediately draws the eye. (Wish I could demonstrate but am in the midst of traveling.😒) |

A beautiful picture, Gabriele, with nice composition. My opinion such as it is, would be to desaturate/or tone down the color of the flower and leaves. Then, crop parts of the flower and accent the butterfly so it becomes the primary focal point. Great capture of the butterfly! |

Kurtis, your critique and kind thoughts are much appreciated especially since visiting a beach is not on your top 10 places to go…LOL!!😊On another note, I almost deleted the original file until I decided to edit it and was able to recover the colors initially see that day. Thank you again.
