Thank you ladies for you encouragements. Much appreciated. Marge, I really like the R5 even though I feel still limited with the 100-500mm lens to reach out some birds. I have kept my Mark III for my landscape pictures. My R5 with its lens is only set up and dedicated for my Bird Photography. I am still learning. And hand holding is still a problem for me even though the equipment is lighter than my previous one.
I indeed like the freedom but sometimes my pictures seem soft. I also like the major improvement of Eye Tracking. A must!!! If you can, go for it. I found a photographer on You Tube who helped with the settings for Bird Photography. It as very helpful. Happy shooting this Summer everyone. |

Outstanding Picture!!!! thank you for sharing. Never easy to capture but it seems you got it right. I like the idea of Art to paint the sun more yellow.
What I like the most in your picture is the color indeed but also the composition. I like the superposition of all kind of layers:the foreground, the mountains and the lines drawn by the beautiful clouds. Also i prefer the version that is not flipped horizontally. I prefer to read left to right so to have the slope going up toward the right of the image. |

Majestic View!!!! It is a nice composition with the subject sit down on the rock in the foreground. It is very inviting again, and the viewer as I am, would love to sit on this rock, indeed. Foreground, mid Ground and enough dramatic Sky as a background. I just reduce the highlights in the sky and dehaze the mountains. A great storytelling. Thank you for sharing |

Nice picture of Egret indeed. What a great capture and Pose. Your picture is very sharp, the eyes crisp and the feathers offer great details. Thank you Curtis for mentioning how to fix this kind of dilemna on the field. Marge, I would be curious if you used a tripod or monopod for being able to take this picture so sharp at 1/1250 sec. Congrats! on a great picture and thank you for sharing. |

Interesting point of view Sylvia. I take this picture more as a Storytelling picture category than a Landscape. And this picture tells a nice story that pleases me and invites me to be there. I would have loved to be there and listen to the upcoming concert on the top of the town. I think keeping the stands, the stools and parts of Instruments helps the story to be real. Waiting for the Musicians could have been the title of your image. The window glare don't bother me at all , they are part of the story.
I have been to the top of this building a long time ago....
Thank you for sharing. Sorry for not being able to help more with the postprocessing. |

Thank you for your feedbacks Art and Kurtis. Thank you for making me more confident using TopazAI. I like your crop Art. I wasn't sure if it was allowed to change the motion of the bird. This image is more dynamic indeed. Thank you |

Kurtis, the B&W conversion of your image make it more powerful. It brings up the texture of the cobblestones. I really like the shadows of light on the ground that balance the vertical perspective. The biker is at the right place in the middle. The viewer who could be a biker as well is following him. It is a very inviting image. It could be an early morning when the town is still silent. Great feeling. |

Very dynamic image. I see a lot of leading lines toward the subject who could be a Musician ( in my dream) or the hairdresser relaxing on his chair. I like the upper colorful corner. But I don't like the empty opposite corner ( upper left) with the black weird shape (sorry).
So I tried something. Just to fill in this corner. You might not like it but it is just to get an idea and I am sure you have more skills to fill in this space if you agree with my point of view. I really like the way you explore to play with your camera. |
