I love the different layers in your image. Well seeing Marge!!!! Great scenery, we, photographers, love to capture. You got everything in it, not only a Seascape but a storytelling. I think the pano version is very effective. allowing us to get closer to the action without loosing the view. Besides, in Art version, my eyes are guided by the white foam created by the waves. The Zig Zag shape makes this picture very dynamic. Congrats!!! |

It is a nice story. I hope you took advantage to get more shots. I wanted to get closer and see more of the cub. I hope you like this crop of mine. Thanks for sharing.

Nice picture and nice colors Sylvia. It is a great moment of the day. Lucky you were able to capture it. I agree with adding a little bit of sharpness and vibrance and I like the way Art cropped it. It describes better the dimension and the feeling when we stand on the beach. The open space. Congrats! |

Very successful capture of a bird in flight, Kurtis. Congrats! I have tried a different approach keeping the reflection. But at the end, I think yours is more minimalist and more elegant. what do you think about the horizontal flip ?
I am glad you decided to process this picture all the way down. Capturing, processing and printing is a very rewarding Artistic attitude. We all have so many pictures hidden in our computers.I hope you have opportunities to show your prints at your camera club or at some members shows in your area. It is a great stimulation. Looking forward to seeing more of your Bird photography in the future.

Outstanding!!!!I echo Kurtis comments. I really like the result. Good idea to burn or remove the white part on the bottom right of the image. I would burn a little bit the hat. To my taste it is too bright and distracting. I love the warm bright golden accent you brought on the Tail. It is a very dynamic image so well composed. I like the effect you were able to get with the crowd as well. Congrats!!!! |
