Beautiful capture Marge. Beautiful bird and beautiful pose. I think you got a very decent high key picture. Your settings seem well chosen. We can see all the details of the bird who could have been a simple silhouette if you had exposed for the sky instead. In my opinion, you can be proud of getting your High key picture directly from your camera. I have a question for you if you have time to answer. I find the chosen shutter speed very slow, I never shoot birds at 1/160 sec. How could you get your picture so sharp? Were you shooting with tripod? thank you |

Breathtaking image!!!!Extraordinary!!!!I love it!
Although your camera was aiming to the sky I, myself dove in the ocean. This reminds me some sea grass that we can find at the bottom of the ocean. Magic! Great capture , very original and unique. Congrats!

Outstanding image Sylvia! Congrats! I really love everything you did with this image. The composition is excellent, very clever of course to turn the original upside down. The B&W was a great idea. and most of all I think the texture of the tiles really enhances your image to another dimension. Bravo!!! |

Art, I think you get an interesting result after this experimentation. Quite Surreal!!!! it is great to see the player and the ball in blurry action. I am curious to know about your ISO choice, why 1000 instead of 100 on this bright day. I just play around with your image but you might not like this interpretation. |
