Sylvia, I wouldn't have resist to take a picture in front of this scenery. I agree with one of the comments. The original is more dramatic. Personally I won't flip the image horizontally . I like to read it from left to right , so from dark to light.
I would post process the original using graduated filter on the sea to add more exposure. But I won't crop it. I prefer the proportion of the original as well. |

Very nice shot. Beautiful light. My suggestion would be to move your subject off center on the right. I am sorry, I am away from my computer and cannot process images. The sky is not really dramatic so I agree with Art comment. I would suggest next time to try to use graduated filters in order to capture the clouds seen in the reflection . You might enjoy to play with. I have started to use them and I am amazed by the rendering of the picture. The idea of having a subject in red in front if this scenery makes your picture more appealing. |

It is a very powerful picture. Darkening the background makes it stronger and flipping horizontally again was clever.I don't see what I could do to improve this picture. Maybe the light area on the upper right could be darken a little bit more? Great street photography (very sad) picture. Kudos for not having been shy to take this uneasy photograph. Thank you for sharing |

Gabriele, I think this ICM is a very successful one. The smooth rendering is very pleasant. I agree with Art with the horizontal flipping. Easier to read from left to right. Congrats ! I look forward to seeing more ICM |
