Great picture for your Christmas card . I was impressed ,when I read the settings, to see that you were able to capture a bird at 1/100sec . Wow! i have just started bird photography and found it very challenging . Patience and perseverance are part of the experience . It is only when i started to crop the picture to my taste, that I noticed the bird is not so sharp. After several disappointments trying to capture birds , I have chosen to shoot Shutter speed priority not less than 1 /2000 sec in order to get acceptable sharpness. hope that helps . And don't forget to turn off image stabilizer if you decide to use the tripod . |

Stunning image indeed! I love the way the fawn holds his head .. So proud to be at the side of his mother. love the texture and the light on the doe's tight. I agree with Art's comments. no need of the white border. what a blessing to start the day with a picture like this one ! Congrats ! and thank you for sharing. |

I agree with some comments , I would change the sky for sure . or you can try to edit in LRC and use the range mask in Filter . You might be surprised to discover some texture in your overcast sky. I 'll try later . It is Saturday night and my family is waiting for me for dinner .. sorry I cannot post it anything now |

Art , I love Abstract pictures and yours is quite amazing. Congrats ! it is very creative and inspiring , I like ICM , It gives us opportunity to go further than replicate reality . Sometimes one needs different challenge and expression. one needs to go beyond boundaries or limitations .I find a lot of elegance in this picture and the blurry doesn't matter . Because it is not reality it is Creativity . keep shooting Art you inspire me . |

Gabriele, it is a perfect B&W photograph. Very outstanding! I bet, coming back from this trip with a photograph like that, was more than rewarding..I would hang this picture on my walls with no problem . I love the way you compose it , the texture and the quality of B&W .Congrats!!! I am curious , have you used Silver Efex in post processing? |

Outstanding image ! Congrats ! I remember this place so well, I was terribly sick when I went there in September 2016. You are inspiring me . I might come back to my images which turned out somewhat disappointing sometimes and try to post process them again and try the B&W . Great idea !!!! I love B& W and you did a great job with this picture . Please , print and display. it deserves it . |

I love your picture even without the birds .... composition , warm color , texture , reflection, subject ... everything is perfect . this place is in my bucket list . I hope i will be able to capture something like that so appealing! Congrats!
Suggestion: You might come back over there and try to capture the milky Way. it is a prefect foreground . |

Beautiful picture indeed!
I tried to enhance your picture by a little cropping. use the brush in LRC to burn the white sky and water . and again I use the brush to increase lightly the shadows in the stones . I like the shape of this bridge but I found interesting to brings up its texture too. Just a question of taste . over all it is a great picture that deserves to be displayed somewhere on your walls . |
