Subhash, I really like the way you cropped and composed this image, as well as being sharp focus with beautiful detail. I am intrigued by the texture/patterning of the water which adds a sense of reality. I would be tempted to shift the green more towards blue. Lovely image!

Helen, just a thought: crop the right side and sky a bit more. My sense is this results in the trail and rocks leading into the group of hikers with more impact. |

What an irresistible face with great detail, Peter! Nice use of a shallow depth of field to reduce distraction from the background. I find the purple and white spaces also add a pleasing balance to the image without detracting from your pooch. Excellent. |

Helen, The strong pastoral feeling is well enhanced by the uphill perspective and long shadows on that saturated 'yummy' green. I agree with you the people give a sense of scale that would be missing otherwise. Lovely image! |

Peter, Excellent capture of the Crane's take-off. Sharpness, detail, exposure and contrast all seem spot on to my eye. The reeds and water are the right kind of background, and perhaps cloning out the front-most reed removes a slight distraction (see attachment).
Lovely image, very enjoyable! |

Howard, What a perfect feast of texture, color, detail and subject. A wonderful journey for the eye that comes to easy rest in their eyes. Is that a reflection of you in their eyes, physically or metaphorically? Bravo! Bravo! |
