Great image of the cub! Even with the cropping you did, the body mass of the mother might still overwhelm the impact of the cub. I might want to crop more and really bring attention predominantly to the cub. Very powerful image! |

Thanks Subhash! I considered increasing the contrast, but I felt I would be exaggerating what I saw. That's an interesting choice that presents itself frequently. The exercise I referred to emphasizes seeing things as they really are. |

I love the image and prefer it with the highlights. To me they add depth, especially to the fender, balancing the whole composition. Lucky you to have such a wonderful resource nearby! Great eye candy :-) |
