Hi Karen, love this image The tonal spread both colour and luminance are handled well together with the detail presented in a soft image (seems a contradiction, but I hope you understand what I mean). Beautiful image |

Hi Kamal, interesting image with a degree of fun, looks like an interesting event you were present at. I agree with Greg on the vignette and perhaps a bit of a crop to draw the viewer into the main elements. Nice shot. |

I Greg. Well caught just at the right moment frozen in time. You can see the look of anticipation on the rider's face, I think he knows it's going to hurt. You have handled the background well with all distracting elements toned down sufficiently, while still giving a sense of the environment. My only suggestion might be to select the falling rider and the horse and just give them a touch of brightness to lift them a little bit more. Will caught shot |

Hi Erin well caught action shot and as you say shame about not seeing the faces but often that can't be avoided in sports photography. Lighting is good with the background blurred enough to give a sense of the environment, with the main elements sharp where they need to be. A minor suggestion would be to put a vignette around the outer part of the image to draw more attention to the two players. Well caught action shot. |

Definitely brought an instant smile, well caught and sharp on the eye drawing the viewer in. Nice background and the light on the birds head adds to the image. Great image |

Well captured Darcy, the eye is drawn right down the length of the abbey to the stained windows above the altar the balance of light on the ceiling works well (as opposed to lighting from one side) with detail in the hung lights and ceiling depicts the architectural well. While the balance of lighting works well, a minor suggestion would be to brighten the stained windows marginally to assist with drawing the eye further into the image. Having been to Westminster I agree that it's hard to resist the photographic opportunities. Loverly architectural image |
