14 May 23 Comment Hi Darcy, great portrait, sharp where it needs to be and the background handled well. My only suggestion would be to crop (or re-crop if you have the data in the original) so that the Tigers face is not dead center,

Well handled and presented

14 May 23 Comment HI Syed
Interesting subject and by the looks' of it a great event to have attended.
the line of thee regiment is colorful with the blending together gives a hi impact display. Background ids not distracting as the eye is drawn to the riders

Well caught thanks for sharing

14 May 23 Comment Hi Greg.

You have utilised the Photoshop AI tool extremely well separating this chap from his background. The added blur gives a sense of directional movement. Colour saturation is not overly extreme and seems to work well. Nice work in post-processing this image giving a painterly effect to this creation.

Beautiful image, particularly as you have indicated, the background really makes this. The tonal range blend well together and complement throughout the range. Detailing the bird is excellent and it looks like is just about to land giving a sense of action as well not much else I can add to this other than as a beautiful image and I do like it.

14 May 23 Comment Hi Karen.

Well-captured image, detail and tonal range are handled well, particularly as concerts are usually difficult to capture given the amount of light typically available. The expression on the chap's face definitely shows he is getting into and feeling the music. I do like the highlights around his head and shoulders which probably contributes to the depth of field obvious in this image. The background is handled very well giving a sense of the environment. My only picky point is the bottom left of the image is slightly out of focus probably given the angle you were shooting at and the F stop you are using. well captured image

14 May 23 Comment Hi Ingrid.

Lovely image I particularly like the clouded top of the image and the separation of the two mountain ranges giving a sense of scale and depth to the image. The elements in the foreground I believe add to the image as it adds a starting point for the viewer, and this foreground is handled well. You have definitely captured the reflections well and they do stand out beautifully. Being picky there is definitely halos around the tops of the two mountain ranges which you want to consider addressing.
Loverly image again captured well at speed
