14 Apr 23 Comment Hi Syed, interesting sport, I can see the need for the extra long polo sticks. Well composed shot and not an event we would see very often if at all, well documented.

On the image there are halos around the area where the other viewer have been removed, suggest that you might want to remove these.

Well caught

14 Apr 23 Reply Thanks Karen, the water is the top side of a weir, I'm standing in ankle deep water on the lower level, this gives the perspective. thanks for noticing the blown out are , I didn't notice before posting.

14 Apr 23 Comment Hi Karen, lens works well, colour and detail at that distance works really well. Might I suggest a monopod with gimbal head to make it easier to manage. Just tell your husband that he didn't complete the purchase last time :)

I agree with Karen that composition to include the branches, or part of might work well.

14 Apr 23 Comment Hi Greg. you have definitely mastered the HDR technique as evident in the detail throughout including the far background. The old vehicle has the detail a the grunge look works well particularly in the floor. I agree with the previous comments on the glove box issue. I would prefer to see the background out of focus slightly to put the strength of the image on the vehicle interior. great use and application of HDR blending Apr 15th
14 Apr 23 Comment Hi Darcy, the exercise in Lightroom was executed well. selection of the boys shirt was handled well, often easy to select more than needed when the subject matter is so small. Difficult to recover detail in the whites if blown out, on my screen its is handled well. Well executed. Apr 3rd
14 Apr 23 Comment Hi Xiao, well captured, detail in the bird is good, sharp where it should be and background blur works well. A interesting shot with the birds doing something, creates a interest and allows the viewer to find a story in the image. Tempting to suggest a slight crop from the top, but I'm comfortable with tis as it stands. Well captured.

14 Apr 23 Comment Hi Ingrid, love the geometric look of the image and am captivated by the shadow play. The back wall adds to the image with its texture and tonality.

One issue, and I'm of two minds with this, It looks like it was shot through a chain wire fence, which is out of focus. While it adds another element the only thing I would attempt (if it were my image ) would be to tone down the darker area where then wires cross. Not sure how I could do that without leaving obvious worked area on the image. Nice image well captured, I applaud you ability to see these image coming up and be ready to capture.
