Hi Kamal very interesting street scene that portrays the activities very well. Edit works well. my only negative is that there is no central point of interest, however, that perhaps works well for a photojournalist image. thanks for sgharing |

Hi Xiao
I like this image particularly the tonal change from the bright foreground flower to the darker shades and the out of focus background flowers I do agree that the green stem in front of the flower does detract a little bit and perhaps consider removing this distraction before you take the shot next opportunity. On my screen, it seems to have the right luminance values for the flowers and the edge with the water droplet seems to be sharp enough. Will scene and shot thanks for |

Hi Greg
Very nice environmental portrait with your choice of crop really bringing the central focus to the riders. The look on their face definitely brings a story to mind. The choice of shutter speed works giving clarity and sharpness to all the details with the lighting, from the image right giving prominence to the riders and background scenery depicting the working environment. Nice image, to me it looks like you have achieved superbly what you set out to achieve. Thanks for sharing |

Hi Darcy.
Lovely well spotted image together with a bit of humour making it more interesting. I do agree with Greg that a vignette might add to the image however I would suggest a vignette across the horizon either a reflected vignette in photoshop or two vignettes one from the top and one from the bottom, to really bring the eye to the pelican feeding. I took the liberty of having a play with your image to show what I meant, maybe a bit subtle but I hope you can see the difference on your screen. Again well spotted at exactly the right time and thanks for sharing. |

Hi Ingrid.
Well captured image and our mobile phones are getting better and better all the time together with the convenience of having them with us. You have done well to capture and process the light rays making these the main point of attraction within the image (IMV). The tonal range and contrast within the sky is handle very well, the lower third of the frame gives a sense of the environment and to a degree the calmness of the day. The boat placed on the lower left third is well-placed giving somewhere for the eye to land on without being a major distraction. There is a minor issue being the halo between the high contrast area of the sky and the mountain, easily handled in postprocessing. Nice image thanks for sharing |
