Hi Syed thanks for taking the time to comment and for re processing in black and white. As yourself and others have commented the right side of the image needs some attention, definitely worth a review. Your B&W works well thanks for that suggestion. Stay safe in these COVID times |

Thanks Greg, In case you are interested, autumnal leaf, placed in a glass cooking dish and frozen in the freezer, placed the dish on a stand with lights shining up.
A few tries with different lighting positions and extra light from above. Interesting experiment, occasionally they work for me. ðŸ˜Å

Thanks for commenting Xiao,it is worth looking at reducing the blue, I will have a look. I did originally go for B&W but did not like the result, I think to much white was overpowering. Stay safe |

Hi Syed, well captured while flying, the more you look the more of interest you see, the river, the little settlement etc. I particularly like the lower left of the image, the haze on the top of the image detracts in my opinion, perhaps darken this down may assist. Well captured and processed, stay safe |

Hi Karen, well seen to capture this, as others have mentioned you have definitely captured the criteria of the assignment, Darcy has commented on the blown-out area above the wine glass, this has also lead to the rim of the glass disappearing. while I love the sharpness of the blueberries I would suggest featuring these more and use the blurring of the rest of your image to your advantage. I have played with your image using cropping and rotating to apply the rule of thirds (sort off) and to eliminate unnecessary components of the image (in my opinion) I then added a blur to the image without blurring the berries. These steps were in an attempt to draw the eye to the berries and bubbles. I do hope you find these suggestions helpful, my edit attached. |

Wow, Difficult subject handled well, not easy to capture this without blowing out some of the highlights. While it's a well handled image, might I suggest a rotation to place the main subject on the top right corner and addressing the in focus green leafs, desaturate or cropping. My suggestion in the attached |

Well captured Greg, difficult to find a shot with a clean background at these events, you have achieved your goal. The placement of the rider image left and him leaning in gives a sense of motion and action, but I feel the colour image portrays that better with the dust being more prominent. I find the black and white image a bit static Perhaps working on increasing the dust in the B and W even adding some might bring that out better and increase the sense of action |

Nice image Ingrid, well captured with that lens. Colour scheme works well with the background not competing with the subject. Having a near symmetrical subject and placing the subject image centre works for this image. Can I suggest a bit more contrast or saturation on the upright front petal, it seems, for my eye, to be a bit insipid compared to the other petals. |

Nice image Xiao, processed well from the original and well recovered shadows., the model is portraying a thoughtful reflective mood however I'm just not drawn to her face, more to the bright arm. While there is no need to see the eyes in this pose you have set up, I feel that brightening the head rose area more than the rest might help. Technically brilliant beautifully processed image. |
