Peter, I am not familiar with Corel Painter but I certainly like the effect. Can you tell me more about the program? The changes you made to the original add drama and emotion. Taking the picture from a very low vantage point also add significant interest. A bug's eye view so to speak. :-)
PS the single tulip is also very striking. |

Brian, I really like the way you layered the larger and smaller faces and changed the color on one. The fact that you flipped the face 180° also contributes to its appeal for me. For some reason having it look right is not as striking. I think I would have reduced the opacity of the elder flower in the upper right hand corner. It adds movement and texture where the opacity is reduced in the rest of the picture. |
