Congratulations, Jose, and thank for the how-to description! It is a wonder how the individual dots and lines keep sharp and separated from each other. The image is indeed like a wild ride on a playful ferris wheel. |

Hi Terry, you really have captured him totally absorbed in his work. I especially like the way you made his skilled hands the center point of the image. Bobs trick with the bright spots will certainly work, and I might also think about cropping off the bright window above his head? |

Hi Mark, I think that you have captured the mood and the presence of the singer just beautifully. The lighting makes a fine contrast that makes the singer in bright warm light stand out from the choir in darker blue tones. I join the others about cropping the two topmost lines from the choir off. |

Hi Bob, I especially like the way you have the cypress marching along the road that winds through the fog towards the hills, leading the viewer into the image. - I think I might like to correct the perspective, too. |

Hi Tony, your dancing mermaid is absolutely lovely. I don't know how much choice you had with the camera angle, but I think that you captured her posture perfectly, with her head in profile, the dreamy expression, the folds of her dress floating softly around her, and the cloud of bubbles. I think that B&W is a perfect choice. |

Hi Doug, your friend is going to collect an impressive portfolio! - I wonder if cropping the lower part of the image off so that his shorts dont show might further concentrate the attention to the play of the muscles in his back? I think that it would fit in with the overall tight crop? |

Hi Al, a lovely frozen study! The intricate shapes of the ice flowers come out beautifully through the tonal range, and I think that the slight darkening of the edges gives the image an extra dimension. - I wonder if a high key version would look cool, too? |

Hi Barbara! I think that there is such sense of hidden power in the image. It feels like the sea chooses, for the moment, gently caress the rocks, but the dramatic sky and dark tones remind that things may change very quickly . - I heard a professional explain his method of composition: in his mind, he divides the image in geometric areas with certain tonalities and textures, and balances those with each other. I think that this approach would work beautifully here. |

Hi Peggy, what an image again! I fell immediately in love with your second version with the darker color palette and mood. The red hues add a fatal feeling, like the vortex were sucking the birds and everything else into destruction, and the man is watching it happen like a survivor of the battle, seeing justice happen. - Happy New Year! |

Hi Maria! You really bind the elements into an epic tale full of drama and action and impact, and as Peggy says, the dark moonlit hillside is a perfect venue for a battle that should create legends. I cannot get enough of the mood you created here. Happy New Year! |

Hi Alan, I join the others in admiration. The mystery of the Third Man is the highlight of the story for me, too! - I have an idea for you about a sequel for the story: what exactly happens in art museums after closing time? Happy New Year!

Hi Brad, I can see future generations of campers at their fires telling the Legend of Dancing Elf. As always, your individual images are every one a treat in itself, and their combination becomes something special. Happy New Year! |
