Hi Joan, I join in the line of those who wish to hang this on their wall. The composition and the tones are so beautiful, and there is such a sense of movement. I wonder if one more layer of fog would make make the outlines even smoother and accentuate the dreamy quality? A wonderful image! |

Hi Linda, you have captured the atmosphere beautifully. The viewer is lead into the image to the houses through the open gate to follow the leaving lines of the fences. I think that Rick's idea about cropping the sky a bit is good - I think that the image would look great even in a panorama-like format? |

Billy, this is awesome - both the subject, the composition and the technical quality with every detail sharp and the tones so rich, and the three-dimensional sense. You are so skilled! - Just a tiny thing: I like the branch in the foreground that adds to the sense of depth and dimension, but I was wondering about the two dark green smaller branches that draw the eye a bit to the edge as they show so well agaisnt the whit foams? |

Hi Rick, this is absolutely beautiful. This could be the definition of "filling the frame". The frame with the luminous pearly tones that repeat the colours of the flower is a perfect addition. |

Thanks, Rick! I loved the leaves, too! I have been experimenting with them also in other abstract/painting approaches in Topaz Studio - it has been very liberating and fun! |

Thanks,Billy! I like the color of the rake, too - I think it is so in contrast and out of place in comparison with the rest of the color palette that it sort of starts the story. |

Hi Al,I think that you have caught a special moment. I love the serenity in the expression of the child, like he were a lot older than his years. The light on his face and the rim light on his head and sleeve are so beautiful. To my eye, his outlines look a little hard against the background. I wonder how making the background a little lighter and the outlines a little softer would work? A lovely image! |

Thanks again, Al: this is how she looks in dark sepia. I think that this is just right. |

Hi Jen! You have captured the foggy wilderness so beautifully. There is a fine sense of depth with the clear foreground gradually disappearing into the fog, and the forms and textures in the foreground are very interesting. I think that another way to crop it might be a more panorama-like format. I wonder if taking off a bit from the bottom (and maybe just a little from the left edge for balance) might empasize the valley where the fog is moving? On the other hand, you would then lose some of the interesting foreground. |

Hi Ed, an awesome landscape! I think that it was an excellent desicion to crop the image: now the dramatic sky and majestetic mountains fill the frame in a beautiful composition. |
