18 Jun 20 Reply Thanks for the comment Andrew. This was actually created for a poster for a local flower show in 2019. I removed the bottom section of the poster and included the image in my fine art print collection. The larger border was used in lieu of matting when framed.
Though I have lived in many states in the USA and several countries in the world, I currently reside in San Antonio Texas. Before I retired from working for the Air Force, my last job brought me to San Antonio and I decided to stay here.

18 Jun 20 Reply Thanks Ian. I did this last year and have actually sold a couple of prints on my Fine Art site and after all this time, I never noticed the gree spot on the left. Now I see it every time I look at it! Jun 16th
18 Jun 20 Reply Thank you Mark. I was negotiating to have this hang in a local gallery. Unfortunately all the galleries are closed because of the pandemic. One of the things we were discussing was the what size to hang. Jun 8th

18 Jun 20 Comment I rely like the treatment you applied to the image, however, I have to agree the chair is a little over powering. Maybe if you toned it down to match the original chair and then applied the same texture. The photo with the original chair might have worked better, you would just have to clone out the post to give more space in front of the chair.

18 Jun 20 Comment Lovely image and I actually like the oil painting look. reminds me of the old masters who used palette knives to apply paint. I just with there was more of the face showing. Jun 8th
18 Jun 20 Comment Fantastic concept and a wonderful creative image. My only comment is that it looks a little flat. There seems to be light coming in from the right on the painting and on his hat. His hand looks like it is lit from the left. The lighting in the original is from the right. So maybe the light on his shoulder would still be there but diffused a little. And I agree with Mike Cowdrey, a shadow of him standing there would help. Similar to the one on the ground in the original. Jun 8th
18 Jun 20 Comment To bad Topaz did away with the Simplify filter plug-in. Most of the simplify filters went into Topaz Impressions and Glow plugins. Simplify was much easier to use and required less computer memory and processor to use. Love the composition and including the workers in your shot gives it a sense of scale. Well done! Jun 2nd
