Excellent action shot. Good colors. Thanks for the info on the best time and place to attend. The expressions of the people are an important element of the action. Interesting how the ones with cell phones are watching on their cell phones, I guess it is the horse and man they are watching. |

As art, it is an interesting statue, but as with a lot of art I don't get this artists vision. I don't get hope. It must be an amazing museum to visit. As for your photo, it is taken from an angle that displays it well. It is sharp. Are the streaks from the elements or supposed to represent coming out of the sea? I feel the background is distracting for me and overpowers the statue. |

Very pretty with the soft colors. I had to look for the brush strokes as noted before. I think could be printed on canvas also. Have you been to the site in fall and winter, could make a nice series. |

Just beautiful. Good tonality. Very atmospheric. Good use of textures and shapes. As said before by Guy excellent technique with your slow shutter speed brackets. |

The little one is precious. I assume the adult will regurgitate after swallowing and feed the baby. With respect to the photo, you were able to capture a key pose in their relationship which I find very pleasing. The eye is sharp and pops from the surrounding area. The far background is nicely blurred to concentrate on the herons. Could that stick touching the beak of the baby be cloned out? The photo shows off the blue of the adult. |
