Thanks, I cropped and brightened up the darker parts and toned down the whites. I submitted it for the September's competition. |

I like that. I like it a lot. I took your advice and just submitted it to my local camera club for the September competition. I have to admit I don't do well with them though. |

Bill, I totally agree with your post processing and am going to give it a try. This is one that I sent to my local camera club competition that was thrown out as the judge thought it was missing something, I think I will resubmit with your advice for a tad more brightness and vignette. |

Definitely a golden hour moment with the golden hour light cooperating. The white ship contrasts with the light beautifully. The position of it makes it look majestic. I am sure the people who commissioned you are quite pleased. Luckily you were there to capture it properly. |

I am in love with your capture. I think Gary did a good job with his processing of making the birds pop a little more. I have only seen Moorhens just standing around not being interesting but this is a universal story. If you enter this In a competition, and I think it would compete very well, pleas tell me how it does. The colors are lovely also. |

I like the colors in the original, it gives an evening vibe. The processed one does look wintry with the pier supports looking icy. |

The warm colors are quite pleasing. It does not look like HDR (a good thing). I like the rays of light. The ceiling is beautiful. Because of the lighting the eye is drawn to the alter. |

I think the tight crop works. You can see the wet clothes. His angle makes the photo 3D, it really pops. All the photos are amazing. |

I like how you included red, white and blue and as said before no harsh shadows. I keep thinking they could be sisters and mother. Similar hair color and similar facial features of the two seen faces. The photo does represent a pleasant slice of life.
