Merci mille fois. I am working on my second entry. We are only allowed 2. Competition starts in a few months and unfortunately I will not know the results until late fall but I feel I have a good start. |

Just beautiful and emotive. Best use of a fisheye I have seen. You nailed the exposure and I cannot imagine the black and white being any better given the richness of these colors. |

I really get the sense of being at beach. I can hear the waves. The foam encircles the shell nicely following the shell's contours. Good color contrast. I admire your creativity with borrowing the shell. |

Issac, I was literally pushed out of the way by my fellow travelers and we were rushing to our destination, I was lucky to get this. The other travelers were not photographers so there was not the consideration one usually finds from other photographers. It would have been nice to have "worked the scene" alas on a tour one has few options. |

You certainly did a wonderful job with the post processing. I like the orange and red colors at the bottom and wish they weren't cut off at the bottom. I think it adds a nice pop of color. I am happy you were able to out for a little while. I didn't know that the Lake District was so wet. Good to know if we get to go. |

The colors are gorgeous. It is like a painting. This is a photo one dreams of creating. Thank you for giving the name of the place also. I am adding it to my list of places to see in the USA. |
