I agree with everyone that it is a beautiful image. I have never heard of this technique. I like the green background green on green. |

I would also like to see this black and white. My favorite part are the crosses with the mountains in the background and the opened gate of the stone fence. |

I have tried with more color but intend to get what I think is called posterizing. I did crop it more. |

I showed this to my husband as he loves lighthouses, He fell in love with it. Both the sky and foreground are so dramatic with the lighthouse standing there so stoic. I like the dark water as it adds an ominous feel. |

What a lovely photo of nature in motion. How great you were able to capture this with a good background and light. The colors really work for me with the blue background and the orange beaks. The female looks like she is looking up at him. I know with nature photography one should not take away anything but the thing in water is a little distracting to me, but it is a natural setting. |

This is so beautiful. I love the colors, the angles and the light. It reminds me of a Renaissance painting. It may lean a wee bit to the right.
My husband and I are scheduled to go Spain and Portugal in October with some days in Barcelona. |
