Isaac - What an undertaking. The crane leads the viewer to the image. It appears that they may be finishing their work decoratively with a stone wall as well. This reminds me of an expression I heard about remodeling but called "re-muddling". I think the photo would also work in portrait mode by cropping out the large stone cliff on the right. B

Linda - In addition to the interesting composition (not too busy for me), the expression on the man's face is priceless. He is proudly walking with his new purchase and probably wondering 'why is this woman taking my picture'?. The young women provide balance with him coming toward the viewer while they walk away. Since I basically live on a college campus I have become accustomed to seeing the women all dressed almost identically. So much for individuality. B |

Stephen - Great eye! The orange car certainly captures the viewers attention (as it did yours) and is well balanced with the three vehicles following. I'm hoping that you were a passenger when you took this photo! B |

Michele - The seller 'pops' out in your photograph. She is framed by the colorful bags of rice and as you noted, thoroughly entertained by her phone while waiting for a customer. Her blouse is a good, bright contrast to the other colors around her. I think you could tighten your crop slightly at the top (just above the blue bags). B |

Kerry - Wonderfully captured and composed. Not much more to add to all the other comments other than my question as well as to the ethics of photographing people who may be compromised in some way. I think asking first if it is OK to photograph may be a more ethical approach (though you lose any spontaneity). B |
