Stephen - Interesting thought on the cropping. This photo could work by either cropping the man on the left or the man on the right out of the photo. Since the man on the right is more interesting I would probably leave him in. Here's a quick look....and, three work better than four in the frame. Thanks. B |

Michele - Yes, my experience in India was that most people did not mind having their photo taken, especially if I pointed to my camera and to them to indicate that I wanted to take a photo. My experience in Morocco however, was totally different. Many people there did not want to have their photo taken and some expected payment (tourist areas). Again, indicating my desire to take a photo was more successful (but you lose the candid shot). In my experience, men usually say OK. Women not so much... (vanity?). B |

Isaac - Everything about this image is interesting and unique. The man, shoes, hat, bench, and coat. I like the signage. It adds color and the juxtaposition between the portly napping man and the fitness sign adds some humor as well. B |

Stephen - I read your caption and thought "these people really don't look very happy" then I read your story. Your photo is spot on. Since the people are clearly the story here I would have liked to see more of them and less of the street. B |

Michele - The photo tells the story well. Nicely composed, colorful and sharp throughout. Agree with Stephen's comment on how two of the viewers are framed by the background, especially the woman at the far left (IMO the most interesting face in the group). B |

Kerry - Wonderful/thoughtfully composed image. Your patience to capture both hands with the tattoos was a great decision for this photo. Minor - The sign in the upper right of the photo also took my attention --- might want to clone it out or crop the right side a bit if you were ever to redo this photo. B |
