Thank you Bev - I think if I do this image at the Library again I'll have to go earlier in the day before it gets too crowded. Fun to try something new though. B |

Ed - Thank you for the constructive feedback and I like your crop. I will have to try more of these images. Definitely more of a challenge then I expected. B |

Thank you. I've not done this type of image before so the feedback from the group is really helpful. Look forward to some more attempts. B |

Kathleen - I like your bright colors and how the red line leads the viewer. The image is really sharp from front to back and I'm surprised that your DOF was not higher to achieve that. B |

Ed - Neat action. I'm also guessing that you were at some type of elevated platform or stand. A shot at the same level as the two combatants might have been interesting as well (though as you mentioned it may have then picked up all of the spectators). B |

Pinaki - While I like the action in the image of the photographer and the statue, I also find the fireworks to be a little distracting. My view of the image was fireworks first, then the statue and finally the man. This was a difficult image to shoot since any exposure for the fireworks would probably have robbed the other figures of the light needed to complete the image. B |

Bev- Sweet image with the children's focused attention on the woman. Agree with the crop as well. B |

Isaac - You are a master at shooting out car/bus windows, capturing a slice of life in your travels. A colorful and expressive image. Interesting that he is wearing a heavy winter coat - a good contrast to warm-weather pineapples. I don't think the temperature drops much below the mid-50s at anytime of the year. B |
